About Online Ordering

      Customers in the United States (and the rest of the world except Canada) should be ordering using the regular 'Buy Now'  button on each page. Shipping is configured specifically for US and International locations.

     Customers here at home in Canada wishing to order should click on the Canadian flag and follow that link. Shipping and taxes are set up specifically for Canada.

 

 

Duties and Taxes and shipping:

For the U.S.:  there are no duties, tariffs, taxes or import charges that have to be paid. Orders are shipped by UPS usually within one business day. Continental US residents have their choice of 3 levels of shipping service with UPS standard ground starting at $13.50

Delivery Times For U.S. Orders:   Products ordered online before 2 P.M. eastern time Monday thru Friday will usually ship out the same day.

Service Average Delivery Times
UPS Standard Ground Allow 3 to 6 business days (depending upon distance from east coast).
UPS 2 Day Air Allow up to 2 business days after order date.
UPS 1 Day Air Will normally deliver by end of next business if ordered before 2 PM eastern.

 

 

 

Return Policy

If you ordered the wrong pickup or simply wish to return your purchase for a refund, you must follow these guidlines:

1) Contact us by phone or by email for an RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping instructions.

2) No returns will be accepted without an authorization.
3) Returns shipped incorrectly or labeled incorrectly will incur restocking and/or handling charges.
4) Products that have been subject to modification, abuse or misuse will not qualify for a refund.
5) The only thing that we can't refund is the cost of shipping.
6) All Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.
 

 This policy is extended to those customers who purchase our products online or order directly.

 

 

For the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand (and just about everywhere on earth): 

There are Taxes ! We ship FOB meaning that you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT that is applicable to your country. Please note that for most countries VAT and Duties will usually average around 20%.

For Canada: GST and PST is charged for Ontario residents. The rest of the country is charged GST only. Shipping is by either UPS or  Canada Post XpressPost service depending upon your area of residence.
